We are currently looking for an exceptional Social & Consumer Care Manager who will help us to drive our mission in bringing innovative experiences, data-driven thinking, social and digital capabilities into a constantly changing ecosystem, as part of our outsourced collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company across Europe. You will become a part of a social media team who engages, on behalf of our partner, with consumers and online communities through relevant conversations, content & experiences. What you’ll do for us? Your main responsibilities:
Respond to consumer questions & queries on various social and digital channels in line with our brand tone of voice
Manage day-to-day social media operations regarding consumer care, reactive community management and Public Affairs and Communication (PACS) providing best-in-class service to Coca-Cola.
Reporting monthly social & care activities
Keeping the local Sprinklr dashboards accurate and current
Follow the recent advancements on Sprinklr and help in the troubleshooting of issue
Joining in meetings with key stakeholders regarding consumer care, promos, activations
Collecting Q&As from respected stakeholders for each campaign and promos
Be the key point of contact between your local Coca-Cola stakeholders across marketing, care and PACS
Day to day relationship management with various internal and external stakeholders, across marketing and public relations
Coordination and collaboration with other partner agencies when needed. Such as promo delivery agency, media agency, PR agency
Reporting under the supervision of an experienced team leader to coordinate activities
Job requirements
Above all, you are passionate about Social Media and you are confident in your expertise. You are a hard-working individual with a background in either consumer care, community management or social media marketing. You have a first working experience in a PR, media or marketing agency with relevant social media track record (media, marketing, PR, etc) and can display a lot of enthusiasm for the FMCG industry and representing iconic brands on social media.
You have exceptional written and verbal communications skills with perfect command of grammar and ability to write persuasive copy that takes simple consumer questions and turns them into engaging conversations building meaningful connections with the audience. You demonstrate a deep understanding of the social technology universe and knowledge of key digital best practices.
You have experience in managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and projects. You are not afraid to get stuck in and take ownership, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines to deliver best-in-market social learnings to continuously engage and retain brand fans.
