We are currently looking for an exceptional Paid Media Analyst Manager who will help us to drive our mission in bringing innovative experiences, data-driven thinking, social and digital capabilities into a constantly changing ecosystem, as part of our outsourced collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a paid media Analyst to work with an iconic brand.
What you’ll do for us? Your main responsibilities:
Reporting & Analysis
● BoD quarterly review & submission of EU OU paid media spend by Category, Media Channel with deep dives on Digital
● Weekly review & reporting of EU OU paid media spend by Category and Media Channel
● Quarterly infl uencer paid media spend by market, category
● Review of monthly paid media spend for key competitors by Bottler, Category, Brand, Market.
● Review and troubleshooting of monthly media data update of MES
● Quarterly Share of Spend and Leadership Ratio for key TCCC brands by market
● Quarterly PACS/ESG related paid media spend by market
● Manage & support ad hoc requests from marketing functions
● Taxonomy and naming convention
● Ongoing set up of Experience Names & IDs (review / approval) for EUOU
● Ongoing Compliance Audit to ensure appropriate usage of campaign names and authorizations. Admin tasks (Add/remove users, setup permission levels)
Job requirements
You are passionate about paid media and confident in your ability to turn data into insights that drive meaningful marketing impact. You are a hard-working, detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and a background in media planning, performance marketing, or marketing analytics. You have gained your first professional experience in a media agency, brand-side marketing team, or analytics role, and are excited by the opportunity to work with leading FMCG brands across diverse markets.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and you’re comfortable translating complex media data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. You bring a deep understanding of digital media channels, including display, social, search, and influencer marketing, and are familiar with media taxonomies, naming conventions, and governance frameworks. You thrive in environments where you can manage multiple projects and priorities at once, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, whether that’s troubleshooting data issues, running campaign audits, or supporting ad hoc reporting requests.
You take pride in delivering accurate, insightful, and timely reporting that supports strategic decision-making and helps brands lead in a competitive media landscape.
