Overview

We’re looking for a talented Media & Reporting Manager to join our dynamic Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) team. This agile role is ideal for media professionals with 3–5 years of media planning/buying experience, keen to work across diverse markets while developing expertise of one of the world’s most iconic brands.

In this role, you will split your time between:

  • 60% supporting media planning for the Irish market (Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland), collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, and reporting into the GB&I Media Lead.

  • 40% supporting EU-level media data reporting, helping drive cross-market visibility, accuracy, and strategic insights for senior stakeholders across The Coca-Cola Company.

Key Responsibilities

1) Irish Market Media Planning (60%)

  • Collaborate with agency partners, including OpenX and Essence Mediacom, to deliver best-in-class media plans for both ROI and NI.

  • Coordinate media plans across both markets, ensuring pre-, mid-, and post-campaign reporting is accurate and actionable for two bottling partners.

  • Partner with other market media leads to align media investments and communicate campaign impact.

  • Build strong relationships with media agencies, marketing teams, e-commerce teams, and the wider media community, ensuring effective buying and maximum ROI.

  • Recommend and deliver media campaigns that hit performance KPIs and uphold TCCC’s Responsible Marketing Policy.

  • Assist in budget management — monitoring investment, verifying agency buying orders, managing invoices, and suggesting corrective actions.

2) EU-Level Media Data Reporting (40%)

  • Support Media Directors in quarterly reviews and submissions of EUOU paid media by category and media channel, with particular emphasis on digital.

  • Maintain consistent reporting of EUOU paid media spend using internal systems.

  • Track quarterly influencer media spend by market and category.

  • Assist with competitor reviews across regions, markets, and brands.

  • Manage ad-hoc reporting requests from marketing functions.

  • Support ongoing setup and review of media experience names and IDs for EUOU.
