The Sampling & Activations Specialist leads end-to-end brand project management across three Baltic markets, with a strong focus on sampling, experiential marketing, and other brand activation initiatives. The role manages briefings, agency partnerships, content and material approvals, while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. By tracking KPIs and translating performance data into actionable insights, the specialist drives continuous improvement, strengthens brand love, and maximizes brand value.
Scope:
Lead dedicated brand activation projects from start to finish (incl. briefing, agency relationships, material & content approvals) cross-portfolio across three markets in Baltics. Key focus is on sampling & experiential market activations, but including also selected campaigns.
Track project performance through data analysis by converting KPI’s and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business, drive brand love and brand value
Manage project budget and timelines to drive flawless execution of the plan, hitting all project milestones on time and within budget
Team up and/or support on brand activation initiatives, work assignments and tasks that align to brand priorities
Job requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in either Marketing, Business Administration or similar
3+ years of relevant marketing experience; preferably in FMCG or B2C companies; understanding of Baltic markets
Great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English and one of the Baltic languages, as well as presentation skills/storytelling
Strong project management skills, able to coordinate multiple projects & full details at the same time across stakeholders and deliver high quality on time
Passion for the brand and the work of the brand marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Teams, Excel & Powerpoint
