We are looking for a hands-on Digital Platform Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of Coca-Cola’s websites, CMS, mobile app and CRM campaigns across Austria and Switzerland.

This is a practical, execution-focused role, not a people management or strategic marketing position. The work involves recurring operational tasks, publishing website updates, building landing pages, configuring campaigns and promotions, and testing. 

• What you’ll do for us? Your main responsibilities: 

  • Implement and launch campaigns and promos, ensuring consumer experiences are executed in the markets in the most effective way to convert to digital transactions.

  • Operate Coca-Cola digital platforms (website, mobile application, CRM) including content localization and platform management on a local market level.

  • Maintain Coca-Cola App in terms of content and promo/loyalty set up and maintenance in coordination with Digital Manager.

  • Ensure the website and Coca-Cola App are up to date with content and necessary legal documents.

  • Create landing pages and article pages in the CMS.

  • Prepare QR codes for all relevant POS materials and monitor and optimise results. 

  • Execute the CRM build,approval and launch. 

  • Be hands on with local Coca-Cola digital platforms, report bugs and perform all necessary live fixes.

  • Provide local input and insights for central and local campaigns to the central and category teams.

  • Perform platforms tagging in order to prepare in-depth report results of each campaign. 

  • Prepare the UAT for all promos and campaigns as well as aligning with Digital Managers on all fixes prior launch.

  • Prepare campaign in platforms' PROD version and launch it in agreement with Digital Manager.

  • Ensure all technical elements are set up correctly within any promotions or campaigns. 

  • Collaborate with the data team to provide all information needed to complete technical promos. 

  • Build relationships with cross functional stakeholders such as IT, Digital Managers, Platform Consultants and Digital Delivery Managers.

  • Collaborate daily with many stakeholders both central and local to achieve business objectives. 

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on CMS experience, including independently creating and publishing website pages or landing pages.

• Practical experience with digital campaign implementation and promotional setup.

• Experience with CRM campaign execution and marketing automation.

• Knowledge and experience in UAT, QA and troubleshooting.

• Mobile app or loyalty platform experience is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to perform recurring, process-driven tasks.

• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.

This role is focused on hands-on platform execution. Social media management, paid advertising, creative marketing, content strategy are not the core elements of this role. Candidates should have direct experience configuring, publishing, testing and launching digital content and campaigns themselves.
