Job requirements

Who are you?

Above all, you are passionate about marketing, technology and creating outstanding digital consumer experiences at scale.

You bring significant experience, typically 10+ years, across digital marketing, digital operations or technology-enabled consumer experiences, including areas such as CRM, websites, mobile applications, digital platforms and consumer data.

You are an accomplished leader of leaders, experienced in managing large, geographically dispersed teams in complex international organisations. You know how to set direction, empower other leaders and build high-performing teams.

You have successfully led organisational change and digital transformation, turning strategy into scalable capabilities, new ways of working and measurable operational improvements.

You understand how to translate regional or global digital strategies into effective local-market execution and are comfortable balancing standardisation and governance with market autonomy.

You are commercially aware and use performance data, consumer insights and capacity information to make decisions and prioritise investment.

You are an influential communicator who can build trusted relationships with senior executives and align stakeholders across marketing, technology and other functions around clear priorities and outcomes.

You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with paid media and social media teams is an advantage.

Most importantly, you bring strong judgement, curiosity and a continuous-improvement mindset, combining the autonomy to lead with the collaborative approach required to succeed in a complex European organisation.
