The Digital Operations and Delivery Manager is responsible for both leading and actively executing digital campaigns from conception to launch, ensuring seamless implementation and optimal consumer experiences across all digital platforms through hands-on operational management. This role requires a proactive individual who can strategize, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and dive into the operational details to execute and optimize digital initiatives effectively.
What you’ll do for us? Your main responsibilities:
Project Management, Execution & Stakeholder Management
Lead the implementation and launch of campaigns and promotions across digital platforms, ensuring effective consumer experiences that drive digital transactions.
Provide exceptional project and stakeholder management, overseeing timelines, resources, and quality throughout each activation or campaign.
Consult with local markets to develop and optimize digital activations and campaigns, tailoring strategies to local market trends and consumer behaviours.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, IT, design, legal) and relevant parties to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Technical Operations and Platform Management
Ensure digital platforms are up to date with correct content and documents, aligned with the creative vision and brand standards.
Utilize CMS tools to autonomously make necessary changes and updates.
Conduct thorough testing of promotional content, landing pages, referrals, and other digital elements, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal user experience.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for digital activations, align with relevant business stakeholders to validate functionality, and manage change requests/fixes.
Align with business stakeholders on post go-live activities and metrics to track performance and execute change requests based on data-driven insights and market requirements.
Assemble comprehensive reports from digital channels using tools like Google Analytics, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Develop, build, test, and launch CRM activity plans specific to the market or relevant programs, including channel-based (email, SMS etc.) campaigns.
Provide insights and reports to business teams that contribute to continuous improvement practices and strategic learnings.

Who are you?
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Operations and Delivery Manager who combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution. With at least 5 years of experience in digital project management and/or operations within the digital marketing space, you have a proven track record of leading and actively executing digital campaigns from conception to launch, managing end-to-end projects including planning, execution, testing, and optimization.
Technically proficient, you are adept at using Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably Adobe Experience Manager, and have hands-on experience with CRM platforms like AEP, executing email marketing and SMS campaigns. You excel in assembling comprehensive reports using analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, interpreting data to provide actionable insights.
Your exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, coupled with proficiency in project management tools like Jira and DevOps, enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you convey complex information clearly and maintain alignment among all stakeholders. Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geography teams is a plus. Knowledgeable about compliance standards and legal requirements related to digital content and promotions, you ensure all digital activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
Fluency in English is required, and certifications in digital marketing or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are beneficial.
Familiarity with web and app technologies is advantageous.
