The Digital Delivery Manager is the “spider in the web” that ensures our digital successes by owning

digital initiatives end-to-end. They own a digital project from the start and will drive it to completion

through the different phases (discovery, planning, production, deployment, and maintenance) on

time and budget. The Digital Delivery Manager covers both the business and the IT aspects of a

digital project.

Job requirements

What you’ll do for us? Your main responsibilities:

Build constructive relationships with:

o Digital Marketing Managers, FLAs and Brand Managers in Europe.

o All business stakeholders involved in digital projects across all functions within The Coca-Cola

Company.

o Creative and interactive agencies working for any of our brands in Europe.

o Global Interactive Marketing and Global IT teams.

o Global IT and EMEA IT teams in Global Delivery Centre in Sofia (Bulgaria).

Proactively manage a number of digital initiatives and lead those from start to finish through the

different phases:

o Discovery: Scope definition, requirements gathering, timeline setting.

o Planning: Sign-off, resource communication, stakeholder engagement, road map creation.

o Production: Provide the deliverables, coordinate people and resources, ensure quality, initiate the

User Accepting Test, resolve issues.

o Deployment: Deploying deliverables, meet project objectives, launch the final product to the end

user and obtain formal acceptance from stakeholders.

o Maintenance: Monitoring performance, addressing defects and issues, providing ongoing support.

o Sunsetting: Decommissioning deliverables, archiving project documents, ensuring knowledge

transfer.

As a Digital Delivery Manager (DDM) you are:

The first point of contact for business and IT stakeholders, for markets and agencies, for any

question they may have regarding the projects you are leading. Your scope will include tackling any

IT related question regarding the TCCC products and tools.

On a daily basis you will consult Digital Marketing, Brand Managers, Digital Operation Manager,

Digital Managers and their agencies in effective use of TCCC standard interactive, hosting, platforms,

tools and processes.

Also, actively contribute to the success of TCCC brands in Europe by offering value added support to

the digital teams and their agencies.

On the other side, you will also need to perform operational tasks that will support the digital

projects, including supporting the development team and IT Operations team.

The Digital Delivery Manager not necessarily need to have an IT background but should have a deep

understanding of digital marketing and the processes used to deliver digital successes. Therefore,

experience in digital marketing on the business or agency side is equally appreciated as IT digital

experience.

Who are you?

● Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

● Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing Project Management

for an Agency or Consumer Brand, ideally in a multi-cultural international setting.

● Deep knowledge of best practices to deliver digital projects on time and on budget.

● Strong Project Management experience planning and managing digital projects (web,

mobile)

● Experience working with internal PMO organizations, maintaining PMO tools such as Azure,

Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.

● Experience in delivering digital successes by managing stakeholders, agencies and vendors

from a distance (E-mail, Chat, Video calls, etc.)

● PMP/Scrum certifications are beneficial but not essential.

● Familiarity with Agile project management methodology is preferred.

● Understanding of hosting related technologies such as DNS and SSL.

● Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly and comfortably communicate

via video call and email to both business and IT stakeholders, agencies, vendors.

● Strong time management skills that enable the management of multiple projects.

● Strong project management skills, maintain task lists, multi-task, flexible on work time

(working with different time zones), ability to work under pressure deadlines.
