Location: Istanbul - Hybrid, In the office 3 days a week

Language requirements: English & Turkish : high level of verbal and written proficiency

Hours: 08:30 - 17:30 but flexible to accommodate late/ early calls and occasional urgent requests

Position Overview:

The Digital Delivery Manager is the “spider in the web” that ensures our digital successes by owning digital initiatives end-to-end. He/She owns a digital project from the start and will drive it to completion through the different phases (discovery, planning, production, deployment, and maintenance) on time and on budget. The Digital Delivery Manager covers both the business and IT aspects of a digital project.

You will be focused on the following markets: EMEA. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build constructive relationships with :
    • Digital Marketing Managers in EMEA 

    • All business stakeholders involved in digital projects across all functions within the Company

    • Creative and interactive agencies working for any of our brands in EMEA. 

    • Global Interactive Marketing and Global IT teams in our headquarters in Atlanta (USA)

    • Global IT and EMEA IT teams in Regional Delivery Center in Sofia (Bulgaria)

  • Proactively manage a number of digital initiatives and lead those from start to finish through the different phases:
    • Discovery: scoping, requirements gathering

    • Planning: sign-off, specifications, UX, creative

    • Production: creative, development

    • Deployment: testing, launch

    • Maintenance: support, improvements

  • You are the first point of contact for business and IT stakeholders, for markets and agencies, for any question they may have regarding the project(s) you are leading

  • As the Digital Delivery Manager you will tackle any business or IT related question, issue, risk that comes on the path of bringing your project to fruition.

  • Train Digital Marketing and Brand Managers and their agencies in effective use of TCCC standard interactive, hosting, tools and processes

  • Identify opportunities for platform, tool or process improvement.

  • Ensure digital initiatives are compliant with TCCC digital governance, technical standards and security policies.

  • Actively contribute to the success of our brands in EMEA by offering value added support to our digital teams and their agencies

Job requirements

The Digital Delivery Manager does not need to have an IT background, but should have a deep understanding of digital marketing and the processes used to deliver digital successes. Therefore experience in digital marketing on the business or agency side is equally appreciated as IT digital experience.

  • Required Education: Bachelor Degree or higher

  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing Project Management for an Agency or Consumer Brand, ideally in a multi-cultural international setting.

  • Additional Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of best practices to deliver digital projects on time and on budget

  • Strong Project Management experience planning and managing digital projects (web, mobile, CMS)

  • Experience working with internal PMO organizations, maintaining PMO tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Confluence among others

  • Experience in delivering digital successes by managing stakeholders, agencies and vendors from a distance (via phone, email, …)

  • PMP/Scrum experience are nice to haves

  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodology

  • Broad understanding of consumer web technologies: .NET, PHP, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, mobile, social, CMS, SEO, open-source, web site metrics, Oracle and SQL Server.

  • Strong understanding of hosting related technologies: FTP, DNS, SSL, source code repositories, deployment tools.

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly and comfortably communicate via phone and email to both business and IT stakeholders, agencies, vendors.

  • Strong time management skills that enable the management of multiple projects.

  • Strong project management skills, maintain task lists, multi-task, flexible on work time (working with different time zones), ability to work under pressure deadlines
